Little Good Harbour Tour Itinerary

 

Day 1:             Little Good Harbour

Arriving on your cooking trip to Barbados, spend the afternoon at leisure. before dinner at Little Good Harbour's 'Fish Pot' restaurant.

Day 2:            A Seafood Masterclass

Your Barbadian culinary tour begins today with a visit to the capital and a tour of Bridgetown's Fish Market. You'll gain an appreciation of the many varieties of tropical fish, before cooking with Caribbean chefs at a seafood masterclass later that morning. After the class and lunch, the afternoon is at leisure, with dinner at The Lone Star restaurant.

Day 3:            Sugar Craft

'Sugar Craft'. A visit to Mount Gay Visitors Centre will introduce you to one of the world's oldest rums- which you'll quickly learn to appreciate during a tasting lesson. A visit to Bridgetown for shopping and lunch at The Waterfront Cafe is followed by dinner at the famous Oistins fish fry.

Day 4:            Secrets of Traditioanl Bajan 
                      Cuisine

Today you'll be learning the secrets of traditional Bajan cuisine during a tasting session and cookery class with chef Stephen Belgrave. After the class and a long leisurely lunch, spend a leisurely afternoon working up an appetite for a dinner at the world renowned Cliff restaurant.

Day 5:            Day at Ease - Do as you please

An extremely leisurely day to do just as you please, ending with dinner at the Fish Pot.

Day 6:            Culinary Safari Island Tour

Gear up for a full-day Jeep Safari island tour, giving you the opportunity to explore Bajan culture and experience the island's breathtaking East coast scenery and ocean breezes.  Tonight's dinner is at The Beach House restaurant.

Day 7:            The Fish Pot

Another day at leisure, with dinner at the Fish Pot.

Day 8:            Fond Memories
