Day 1: Little Good Harbour |
Arriving on your cooking trip to Barbados, you'll have time to unwind through the afternoon before enjoying dinner at Little Good Harbour's own Fish Pot restaurant. |

Day 2: Traditional Bajan Cuisine |
The best way to learn the secrets of traditional Bajan cuisine is undoubtedly cooking with Caribbean chefs- and this morning is given over to a tasting session and cookery class with chef Stephen Belgrave. After lunch, spend the afternoon at leisure before dinner at the world-renowned Cliff restaurant. |

Day 3: The Art of Sugar Craft |
More than just a cookery course, this is a veritable Barbadian culinary tour. Today is devoted to the art of Sugar Craft. You'll get to tour Mount Gay Visitors Centre and get acquainted with one of the world's oldest rums. An afternoon's shopping in Bridgetown and lunch at The Waterfront Cafe follows, and the day culminates with dinner taken at the well-known Oistins fish fry. |

Day 4: Day at Ease - Do as you please |
A well-earned day at leisure- with a relaxing dinner at the Fish Pot restaurant, giving you the chance to sample even more of the menu you tried on Day 1. |

Day 5: Young Island |
If you're a little restless, your spirit of adventure will be revived with a move on to the Grenadines. Spend the first afternoon on the idyllic Young Island at leisure, then sip sundowners and dine beneath one of Young Island's unique kiosks. |

Day 6: St Vincent Market |
The best dishes start with the best ingredients and, fittingly, this morning is spent at the bustlingly exotic St Vincent daily market, where you'll be introduced to all manner of fresh tropical fruits and vegetables. During the Grenadine cookery class, you'll learn just how to get the best from the produce, and spend a long afternoon at leisure exploring the island's reefs and working up an appetite for dinner at Young Island. |

Day 7: Grenadine Adventure |
Your final full day is yours to do as you please- be it relaxing on Young Island's beautiful beach, or sailing across to explore one of St Vincent's neighbouring islands. Enjoy a final farewell dinner back on Young Island |

Day 8: Fond Farewell |
Bid a fond farewell as you depart Young Island for your flight from St Vincent to Barbados, from where you'll connect with your international flight.
