Curtain Bluff Tour Itinerary

 

Day 1:           Curtain Bluff

A leisurely afternoon on arrival for your cooking trip to Antigua is followed by dinner at Curtain Bluff.

Day 2:           Tropical Pairing Class

A relaxing morning at leisure precedes the kick-off to your Antiguan culinary tour- an afternoon wine tasting and tropical pairing class.  Dinner is at Curtain Bluff.

Day 3:            Surf & Turf

'Surf & Turf'. An exciting morning spent with the crew of Curtain Bluff's own deep sea fishing boat, 'Deep Sea II', following which you'll tour the capital St John and its colourful market.

Day 4:            French-Caribbean Cooking

Curtain Bluff's Chef Christophe Blatz will provide you with an insight into his personal French-Caribbean fusion style during today's fine dining Antiguan cookery class. As his guests you'll learn to cook lunch in the hotel's main kitchen, before lunch and a specially selected bottle of wine from Curtain Bluff's cellar.

Day 5:            Culinary Island Tour

Today's island excursion showcases Antigua's country villages, harbours and stunning beaches. The day ends with a local, hands-on vegetarian cooking demonstration where you'll be cooking with Caribbean chefs. Lunch will be at Moma Lolly's restaurant in St John.

Day 6:            The Ultimate Spa Day

The ultimate escape. Treat yourself to a host of island-inspired spa treatments such as Caribbean Green coffee or Waterlily wraps. Curtain Bluff's spa is located on the bluff, and encompasses spectacular views of both the ocean and nearby island of Montserrat.

Day 7:            Day at Ease - Do as you please

A leisurely final day ends with a farewell dinner at Curtain Bluff.

Day 8:            Fond Farewell
