CuisinArt Tour Itinerary

 

Day 1:            The Art of Anguilla

Your culinary tour kicks off with arrival in Anguilla.  Take the afternoon and evening at leisure as an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the lush surrounds, before dinner at Santorini’s.

Day 2:            Organic Farm Tour

Today you'll be cooking with Caribbean chefs in an Organic cooking class and lunch which follows a CusinArt Hydroponic Farm tour. Dinner will be at Da Vida.

Day 3:            Decadent Dessert Class

A cooking trip to Anguilla wouldn't be complete without a day of indulgence  incorporating a decadent dessert class and lunch at Gerauds. You may wish to spend your afternoon at leisure enjoying a spa treatment at the Venus Spa, before a wine tasting and dinner at Malliouhana.

Day 4:            Sail Away to Scilly Cay

Sail away for a gourmet picnic lunch at Scilly Cay. Tonight's dinner is at Lucy's or Tasty's Cafe.

Day 5:            St Martin - Culinary Island Tour

Explore wider reaches on a day excursion to St Martin, where you'll visit Grand Case's Lolos or another fabulous local restaurant. For tonight's dinner, try some more of the delights on offer at Santorini's.

Day 6:            French Caribbean Baking

Today's French-Caribbean cooking class focuses on bread making class at Le Petit Patissier. For lunch, try The Roti Hut or Hungry's, whilst dinner is at Koal Keel.

Day 7:            Chef's Table

Follow a hard day at leisure with a final night's 6-course dinner- 'CusinArt- The Chef's Table'.

Day 8:            Fond Farewell

Relax this morning, before departing for the airport... Or will you opt to extend your     stay. Please enquire for details.
