If rum is your tipple of choice, opt for one of Ian Burrell's courses. As the founder of Europe's first ever rum festival, Burrell's a real expert- and the first Rum Brand Ambassador in the UK. His UK venture, Cottons, boasts the largest collection of rums in London.
In Burrell's classes, you'll be privy to plenty of spirited stories and trivia. Whether new to the drink or a connoisseur, Ian will help you find a variety to suit. With such diversity across the rum spectrum, Ian stresses the importance of sampling. As the man himself says, 'Life's too short, and there's a lot of rum out there to drink!'.
Classes are an enjoyable combination of Caribbean cookery and mixology and take place at Ian’s restaurant ‘Cottons’ in Camden Town. The perfect venue for entering into the spirit of the Caribbean.
