Day 1: All Rhodes lead to Grenada |
Arriving for your Grenada culinary tour, spend the afternoon unwinding before dinner at Gary Rhodes' Rhodes Restaurant. |

Day 2: Spice Island Adventure |
No cooking trip to Grenada would be complete without a true Spice Island adventure. You'll learn how cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice are cultivated and processed in this tropical paradise, finishing with a scenic lunch at La Sagesse Nature centre and country inn on the beach. Tonight's dinner will be served at the very local Little Dipper restaurant. |

Day 3: Caribbean Cocktail Sampler |
True Blue Bay's Dodgy Dock Restaurant & Bar will treat you to a fun contemporary spice cookery class, where you'll be cooking with Caribbean chefs. During the lunch which follows, you'll have the chance to sample their popular Caribbean cocktails and take in a splendid 270 degree view of the bay. Dinner will be another delicious meal at Rhodes Restaurant. |

Day 4: St Gerorge's Market |
The morning market, held in the capital St George, will introduce you to a variety of island ingredients, whilst the chefs at Calabash leading your Rhodes cookery class will show you how to use them- and lunch will show you how to eat them! Your afternoon is at leisure, followed by dinner at Vastra Banken. |

Day 5: The Beach |
Soak up the sunshine on the beach this morning, then spend the afternoon at the stunning Aquarium Beach & restaurant. Chefs here have created a great fusion menu, marrying the finest West Indian ingredients with European recipes. The beach theme carries through to dinner, taken at the Beach House restaurant. |

Day 6: Cocoa Plantation Visit |
Tour the wonderful cocoa plantation this morning- the bean is Grenada's third largest export crop. A hedonistic chocolate dessert class at Calabash follows, with the afternoon at leisure. Today's dinner is at Mount Hartman Bay Estate. |

Day 7: Day at Ease - Do as you please |
A day to relax and reflect, culminating in a farewell dinner at Rhodes Restaurant. |
